HOW TO SETUP TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
Login to your Rizikon account, and select “Two-factor Authentication” from the dropdown menu located in the top right of the screen.

Simply enter the code currently displayed on your device and then press ‘Enable two-factor authentication’’, your Google Authenticator Setup should now be successful. Ensure that when entering your two-factor authentication code to use no spaces between digits.

TROUBLESHOOTING TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
The most common cause of two-factor failures is that the clock on your phone or mobile device has wavered. There is a 30-second window for two-factor confirmations, so if your clock has wavered outside of this you will not be able to log in. Please ensure your phone is configured to sync with the cellular network.
