If you have finished the assessing process, you have four options:
Approve (Approves the assessment)
Reject (Rejects the assessment)
Send Back (Sending back the assessment to the Completer again should you wish to, requiring review)
Update Report (Updates the automatic report based on changes you have made, for instance after changing the scoring of the answers manually you need to run the report again to see it updated)

Choosing either ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ button will also generate another pop up with the option to choose the renewal date, which is optional. You do not have to choose it, however, it might make the process easier, because by choosing the date you make a point of repeating the process soon in the future. |
