Save both files as a Comma-separated values (.csv) file. Depending on the software you may need to export it as a .csv file.
Add the added questions information to the Changes Tracker spreadsheet and state scoring required (see example in Appendix 1 - an example table can be found here Changing question scoring and blank example here Change tracker table )
Send over to the Rizikon Support team and we apply the required scoring to the scoring algorithm
