Tools menu in the user panel top right corner of the screen gives us the option to do bulk data upload in CSV files (Assessments, Organisations, Contacts).

When you have the files that are ready to upload, click on the ‘Validate CSV file(s)’ button to validate the files and check for errors before it will be uploaded into the system. The system won’t let you upload if there are any errors in the file. Check your upload content and you can either go back to change it or go ahead and upload it.
