Info

We suggest using flags on the questions that you have left a comment on, so it will make it easier for the completer to find.

Comments are also an easy way to ask the completer extra questions to get more information or clarification if you need to.

In order to flag question you just click on the ‘Flag this answer’ button (click it again to remove it). Once the question is flagged you can see that on the left side section/question menu will also get a flag, so when the completer will log in they will immediately know where to look for. The assessment progress has changed and is no longer at ‘100%’ because of flags added to the assessment.

The example below shows the question that has been flagged and commented on.

As an assessor, you can use comments to ask the Completer about explanation to their answer or just to add more information/details to their answer. Completers can also use comments to reply and add more details, or if it is a free text box answer, they can amend their answer and that change would be part of the assessment.

To avoid sending emails for every comment/flag, we disabled email notification when a comment/flag has been received. Therefore if you will leave a comment at any question, we suggest flagging the answer as well, so that the completer can find it with ease. The notifications function will also notify you if you have any comments left by the completer and in which assessment you should look for them.
