You can also renew assessments in bulk - this function works in a similar way to sending reminders or sending assessments in bulk.

To renew assessments in bulk you have to go to your assessments page and filter by renewals only (bottom left) or by the renewal date column.

Once the assessments are filtered by renewals only that are in status either Approved/Rejected at the moment, then you can select the ones that you would like to renew (maximum of 50 at the time) and choose the option from the dropdown menu “Renew assessments”.

You will get a pop up confirming the action.

Bear in mind that renewing an assessment changes its status from "Accepted" or "Rejected" to "sent for clarification", and allows the completer(s) to make changes to the previously filled in assessment and submit it again. If you would rather send them a brand new assessment to fill in, this would have to be done through sending a brand new assessment, not ‘renewal’.

If Primary contacts (Assessor or Completer) are Blocked or Deleted, or if some selected assessments are not in the accepted/rejected status, then those selected assessments may not be renewed and will remain in their original status.
