To view a notification, click the bell icon. This will show notifications from the last 30 days, filtered by "unread" first. Users can mark a notification as "read" by clicking the orange dot on the left, or delete it by clicking the cross on the right. If you have read the notification (i.e. clicked on ‘View’ then it will be automatically marked as read.

In order to view all of your notifications, you need to go to the notifications centre (show all on the picture above).

This feature will expand in future updates and will integrate closely with the other parts of the system to greatly improve workflow.

At the moment you will receive the in-app notifications when:

  • The assessment has been assigned to you

  • You have been removed from the role of Completer/Assessor in the assessment

  • Assessment was submitted

  • There are comments from the Assessor/Completer on the assessment that you are assigned to

  • The assessment has been sent back to you for further clarification

  • The assessment has been Approved/Rejected by the assessor

  • Multiple login session alerts

  • Release information

  • Planned/Scheduled Downtime

The automated email notifications can be also switched on and off for certain actions, to find out more please read the Notifications centre article.
At the moment system sends you an automated email when:

  • The account has been created

  • You have been sent an assessment to complete/assess

  • The assessment has been sent back for clarification/submitted

  • The Assessment has been approved/rejected (and you are a completer on this assessment)
