The system has the ability for the completer to forward the whole assessment to another person within your organisation via email. This function is not switched on by default, but if needed we can enable it for you - please contact us at support@rizikon.io and request this function to be enabled. |
If you are assigned an assessment that is more suitable for another person within your organisation to complete, you can forward the assessment to this person.
Forwarding an assessment is an additional feature which can be turned on or turned off for a tenant (subject to contract). If it is turned on for a tenant a completer will see a ‘Request Additional Completer’ button on the right side when the assessment is viewed:

If you decide that you would like to forward this assessment by clicking the ‘Request Additional Completer’ then a form is made available. Once the form details are completed and sent the additional completer will be added to the assessment.
