Tools menu in the user panel top right corner of the screen gives us the option to do bulk data upload in CSV files (Assessments, Organisations, Contacts).

To bulk upload the data you need to download the template provided for the relevant section and fill it in. . You can also download the ‘Example template’ which will have an example of a pre-filled CSV file ready for bulk upload and some guidance notes.
When you have the files that are ready to upload, click on the ‘Validate CSV file(s)’ button to validate the files and checking check for errors before it will be uploaded into the system. The The system won’t let you upload if there is are any errors in the file.

If you would like to upload Organisations, Contacts and Assessments at the same time, make sure that you are uploading all of the CSV files at the same time and then click on ‘Validate CSV file(S)’. If you will try to upload those separately you may come across errors as the data won’t match. |
Data upload tool allows you to add Organisations/Contacts/Assessments in bulk but can be also used as a tool to update information on the system in bulk (e.g. changing email addresses, name of the person responsible within the organisation etc.). For all entities there are two possible actions, "C" which signifies that the entity is to be created new, and "U" which signifies that the existing entity is to be updated. To either create or update an entity please put the corresponding letter in the action column of the CSV file.
action - C (Create)
organisationName - Organisation name
primaryContact - Primary Contact (within the Organisation)
personResponsible - person responsible (within your Organisation)
active - TRUE/FALSE (TRUE

firstName - contact name
lastName - contact last name
info - can include any internal notes about the contact that will be visible to all Managers on the system (optional, can be left blank)
employerOrganisationName - contact organisation name
isManager - if the contact should have Manager capabilities it should be TRUE, otherwise FALSE
isAssessor - if the contact should have Manager capabilities it should be TRUE, otherwise FALSE
isCompleter - if the contact should have Manager capabilities it should be TRUE, otherwise FALSE

personResponsibleEmail - the person responsible within your organisation (optional, can be left blank)
active - TRUE if Company is active/ FALSE if the company is deactivated - (it will show in the Organisations tab only if you tick ‘Show deactivated’)impact - can be number 0-5, fill in only if known; otherwise leave empty
impact - organisation’s impact on your organisation reflected in 1-5 value (1 - being very low impact to 5 - very high impact) if you are unsure this can be left blank, however in order to have a better view on the Dashboard it should be filled in
notes - internal notes /optional
