In terms of changes to scoring or adding scoring to the new questions added, you will have to contact Rizikon Support team, and we will amend it for you.
In order to do so though, we need to have all the essential information needed. The most efficient way would be to include all of the changes to the scoring in the Changes Tracker table - see example table below

When sending the changes tracker table it is important to note that:
You have to provide a detailed description of the question that is going to have scoring amended (example Change scoring in 5.2 to Major if yes)
Scoring can be based of the number of answers or just one answer
The changes will have to take into consideration that freetext questions cannot be scored therefore will only be scored as Info
Adding additional scoring options (e.g. Compliant, Implemented etc) is included in Rizikon Enterprise, please speak to the sales team to find out more
