(*Subject to contract)

In RA 2.6 we have added Super-tenant Dashboard functionality (Parent tenant) which allows you to have more control over your sub-tenants (child tenants) and have more visibility of the data within these sub-tenants.

In the example below, you can see how the Summary page view updates depending on if you are looking at All tenants info (your super tenant and sub-tenants altogether) or particular tenant you are filtering on.

Example of All tenants view:

Which matches the assessments page (Draft is not sent out yet, therefore not included here).

Example of view with a filtered tenant:

And assessments page with the filter on:

 Super Tenant view

Super-Tenant (Parent Tenant) is the tenant in which users with the Managers/Admin capability have visibility of all child tenants contacts and organisation on the same page. On each page, you have an option to view all Assessments/Organisations/Contacts or filter them by the sub-tenant name

As seen on the example below, if you choose to not filter the organisations, you will be able to see all of them on one page, but you have an additional column of ‘Tenant’ information which shows you from which tenant the information is coming from.

If you will choose to filter by the tenant, then you will have the same view as you would have if you were logged in as a manager on the chosen tenant. The example shows the Organisations page but the same applies to the Assessments and Contacts page.

Super tenant contacts/organisation creation

In order to create a contact/organisation on your own Super tenant, you have to make sure that your filters are set to All tenants or Your tenant name.
You then proceed as normal as described in the Contact creation article, Organisation creation article or sending Assessment article.

In order to create the Contact/Organisation/Assessment on the sub-tenant, you have to filter by the chosen sub-tenant name, and then proceed to create the Contact/Organisation/Assessment as normal.

As a super-tenant Manager/Admin you can create contacts with all user capabilities.

Sub-Tenants

A sub-tenant can only see their own tenant’s Contacts/Organisations/Assessments details.

See the guides on Contact creation, Organisation creation and Assessment creation.

Sub-tenant - contacts/organisation creation

The functionality of the sub-tenant system is the same as a standard Rizikon Assurance functionality, with the exclusion of creation contacts with the Assessor capability.

As a sub-tenant Manager/Admin you may be able to only create users with Manager and Completer capability.

In some cases, only Super-tenant managers/Admins are able to create Assessor capability contacts. If you are unsure, you can contact the Support Team to check this.
