Scorecard

Scorecard gives you a 360° view of your supplier risk. It can be customized to show information either from one assessment or from multiple assessments or Creditsafe report.

There are few ways to access the Scorecard, but in order to be able to view it, you need to have Manager user capability.
You can either chose the organisation directly from the Organisation Criticality Dashboard or go to the Organisations tab, pick chosen organisation details and view the Scorecard.

There is also a shortcut function that allows you to go straight from the Scorecard risk segment/question to the relevant assessment page and question page. This should help greatly in your workflow. In order to see the links you have to hover over the scorecard risk segment or answers’ info icon and you will see the link to ‘View assessment’ or ‘View answer’.

You can manually edit (override) risk segments scores by hovering over the risk segment and clicking on the pen icon (values 1-5), as well as edit manually the fields on the left/right side of the Scorecard.

There is also an option to link questions with the attachments to the Scorecard so you can see all of the policies/attachments with all of the most important information on the Scorecard page. Clicking on those will automatically download them for you, ready to view.
