Support Widget

We have added a Support widget which will be displayed on every page of the application for a user with the manager/assessor user capability. This widget is aimed to help you to search through our support knowledgebase articles to get instant help, but you can also use it to report bugs in the system or to suggest new features.
Once clicked on the ‘Support’ widget, you will see the search bar on which you can start typing your search terms and when you click on the magnifying glass icon/hit Enter on the keyboard you will be brought to all search results. You can also view the results and articles within the widget without leaving the application.
The size of the widget is limiting the resolution and size of the pictures within the articles, therefore depending on what are you are looking for, you may choose to use full-size support desk website instead to see more details.
