Including comments in the reportĀ 

Comments and internal assessor notes can be included in the assessment report. The assessor can do this by pressing the ā€˜Include in reportā€™ button underneath the specific text they want to be included in the assessment report. Once activated, a green icon will display to show the text has been included in the report.

Once all the desired comments/notes have been selected to include in the report, the report then needs to be updated (by clicking the ā€˜Update the reportā€™ button action) for the comments to show in the report.

If you have automatic report sharing enabled in the tenant settings and the report is set to automatically share with the completer upon approval, rejection, or send-back actions then the comments selected to be included in the report will also automatically update.

When a comment is selected to ā€˜Include in reportā€™ it forms a new section in the report where the comments are displayed.
