Link to the assessment is not working

 

I have received a link to the assessment but it's not working

 

If you have received an email inviting you to fill in the assessment, but it does appear to be not working there are few solutions for this issue:

  • The organisation might have sent you a few assessments at the same time - if that is the case make sure that you are clicking on the last emails' link

  • The link is one-time link valid for 14 days. If you have clicked on it, but haven’t registered your account or its past 14 days after you have received it, you will need to contact the organisation and ask them to send you the assessment reminder email.
