Delegating questions

Rizikon has a “Delegate” feature that allows you to share individual questions with other people within your organisation to answer. To delegate a question find the “Delegate” section located in the right-hand column. Type the name of the person you want to share a question with, and then click “Create Link”.
Keep in mind that the delegation link is valid for 30 days.
Once you have created the link, you can copy & paste the link then send it via email, instant message, etc. When the nominated individual opens the link, they will see only the delegated question (see example below).
Please bear in mind that the person that had the question delegated to them cannot submit any attachments, so they will have to be forwarded to the main completer of the assessment to attach.
