This article will provide you a step by step guide on printing or downloading a summary of your assessment as a completer.

Instructions

  1. Once you have answered all the questions in an assessment you will be able to see the assessment overview page.

You can still access the assessment overview page even if the assessment has been submitted.

  1. On the left hand side a ‘Review Mode’ button is now available. Once you click the ‘Review Mode’ button this will take you through to the review function.

You can access ‘Review Mode’ at any time once all the questions in the assessment has been answered.

  1. In review mode you can see a summary of all answers provided in the assessment. In addition, you can see any comments made by yourself and made by the assessor.

  1. At the bottom of assessment review, there is an ‘PRINT’ button. This button will open up a print review window.

  1. In the print review window you can either print or download (as a PDF) the review summary. This will print or download (as a PDF) all questions, answers and any comments made

The ‘Save as a PDF’ position varies across internet browsers. Google Chrome was used in the above image. Please note the ‘Save as a PDF’ option may appear at the bottom of the print review window.
